Honda Civic Drops LX Trim, Hikes Base Price by $2K

Honda has discontinued the Hone Civic LX base for the 23MY. The Sport trim is now the least expensive variant. The better-equipped Sport starts at $25,745, which is $2,100 more than last year’s LX trim. Other trim levels are up between $500-700 compared with last year for both sedan and hatchback body-styles.

Honda says that these pricing and packaging changes are meant to “better align availability with demand.”
