Volvo EX90, the XC90’s Electric Replacement

Volvo has confirmed that their new electric SUV will be called the EX90 and will debut this SUV on November 9th. This will replace the XC90, and is expected to go on sale in the U.S. sometime next year for the 2024 model year. The EX90 will accelerate Volvo’s transition to a fully electric lineup, but Volvo doesn’t plan to complete the EV transition until 2030.

There is not a lot of information on the EX90 yet but one thing that has been revealed is a Driver Understanding System. This system will sense if the driver is distracted, stressed, or drowsy and then take action accordingly. More will be revealed in November!
