2023 Volkswagen ID.4 to start at $38,790

Volkswagen has provided some details on the U.S. produced version of the 2023 ID.4 compact crossover that will come standard with a smaller battery, this will start at $38,790. The base model rear wheel drive will come with a manufacturer estimated 208 miles of range and will deliver 201 horsepower.

An option of a 82 kWh battery will have an estimated range of 275 miles in RWD as well. VW is anticipating these vehicles arriving at the dealership in the fall with 3 trim levels. The top -end AWD ID.4 S Plus trim will be starting at $55,290.
